I started with a piece of Whisper White cardstock that measures 5-3/4" by 2-1/2". Then I scored the tag at 3-3/8" to help keep the tag flat against the water bottle.
Next I stamped the lemon slice image from the Lemon Zest stamp set all over the tag in Pineapple Punch, Lemon Lime Twist, and Pumpkin Pie inks. Be sure to clean the stamp between ink colors.
I used the top part of a 2-1/2" circle framelit to round the top of the tag, but you could use a small cup or print the template a little further down this post. You could even use a corner rounder punch.
Then I used my Stampin' Trimmer to cut the slot to hold the drink packet. I punched a 1"-circle in the center of the top portion of the tag. Finally, I inserted the drink packet, and placed the tag over the water bottle cap.
Why not make your own to pamper your house guests? I made a template for the water bottle tags, so you can pamper your guests too! Save the graphic below. Print the graphic in "actual size". Cut out the tag. Trace the tag onto Whisper White cardstock and cut out the tag. Then decorate.
