I used the three dimensional heart die from Love Notes Thinlit set to form the base of the shamrock. The stem is a 1/4" by 1-1/2" strip of Emerald Envy cardstock.
The center treat box has a 1-1/4" by 8-1/2" strip of Emerald Envy Designer Series Paper wrapped around. For the other two boxes, I stamped onto 1-1/2" by 8-1/2" strips of Whisper White cardstock to create my own St. Paddy's Day Designer Series Paper.
