Birthday Appreciation Program

As a token of appreciation and friendship to all of my customers, I am creating a Birthday Appreciation Program starting January 1st, 2017! Your support and friendship has made me a successful Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I want to share with you how much I appreciate and value you!

The Birthday Appreciation Program is a free one-on-one stamping session with me to celebrate you!

Here's how it works. During your birth month, you will schedule 1 one-on-one stamping session with me to create four birthday cards (2 each of 2 designs). In addition, you will also receive a birthday card and a special treat from me.

To participate, you must be an active customer of mine that has ordered from me within the last 12 months and complete the Birthday Appreciation Program form below. You will be responsible for contacting me directly to schedule your birthday stamping session. You will be eligible for one birthday stamping session per calendar year.
