Sneak Peek: Birthday Memories

I CASED this card from Beth Steele. She designed an adorable birthday card using the soon to be released Birthday Delivery stamp set and Birthday Memories Designer Series Paper.

The Birthday Delivery stamps set and Designer Series Paper remind me of the Golden Books I grew up reading. The artwork is just tremendously detailed, and the colors are super saturated. It is very nostalgic. The main characters are a chef, a poodle, a little girl, a birthday cake, and a fox. I love the poodle stamp! She reminds me of the character in Go Dogs Go!

Best of all, the thinlit dies fit not only the stamps but the Designer Series Paper! No more fussy cutting! Woohoo!

The inside of the card is ready to celebrate with three cute festive stamps - a present, a balloon, and a party hat! The greeting is perfect for your loved ones - whether inside of a card or as a tag on a present. The font is fun and playful too.

New Catalog Survival Printables

 
To help get ready for the new 2017-2018 Annual Catalog, I have updated and added a few reference sheets and printables.

The Wish List Template is ready to print and record all of your favorite items! I know you are going to love the new catalog, so make sure you print extra copies! I have updated the format to include larger spaces to keep track of products for your next order.

I updated the Designer Series Paper (DSP) Color Coordination Charts to include the new catalog goodies. This chart lists the colors that are featured in each Designer Series Paper pack, making it easier to select matching or similar colors for your projects.

I updated the Designer Washi Tape Color Coordination Charts to include the new catalog's washi tape. I think you are going to really love this year's washi tapi selection!

The Current Stampin' Up! Color Chart now includes the 2017-2019 In Colors.

The Color Collections Sample Chip Cards now include the 2017-2019 In Colors as well as item numbers for 8-1/2" by 11" cardstock, ink pads, and ink refills. Print pages 1-5 on cardstock. Print pages 6-8 on copy paper. Cut out and adhere the item number charts to the back of the color collections sample chip cards. Having the item numbers handy makes re-ordering a breeze!

Celebrating Our Wedding Anniversary

Sunday my amazing husband and I celebrated our sixth wedding anniversary! Here is the dear anniversary card I made for him!

I used the striped image from Gorgeous Grunge across the center of the card front with Basic Gray Archival ink.

The greeting is from So in Love and stamped in Rose Red ink.

To create the background paper for the hearts, I marbleized a half sheet of Whisper White card stock with Flirty Flamingo. Rose Red, Melon Mambo, and a hint of Sweet Sugarplum ink refills.

I have been having a ball with this technique! Each time the paper comes out differently and so beautifully. 

Then I cut hearts from Rose Red cardstock and the marbleized Whisper White cardstock using the Sweet and Sassy Framelits. I sprinkled some Rose Red and Basic Gray hearts from the Confetti Heart Punch around the larger hearts. I think I may have gotten a bit carried away!

The inside combines two greetings from So in Love stamped in Rose Red ink. The striped image from the card front with three confetti hearts is stamped in the bottom right corner.

This card will fit inside a business-sized envelope. You can also create your own using the Envelope Punch Board. Cut a 10-5/8" square piece of envelope paper or cardstock. Use 7-1/8" as your scoring measurement.
