I love the tag topper punches! They are easy to use, look fabulous, and can make a variety of projects from cards to boxes to treat holders! Today I am sharing a quick Delightful Tag Topper Punch treat holder just in time for St. Patrick's Day.
I created a small treat envelope that can hold two Andes chocolate mint candy pieces. These treat holders come together quickly with a few supplies. Score a piece of cardstock twice towards the middle to made room for the mint candy pieces to sit, punch both ends of the cardstock, decorate, and close with a ribbon.
I enjoyed creating this treat holders so much that I made them in three different color palettes - Soft Sea Foam, Old Olive, and Thick Basic White! Which one is your favorite?

Measurements
- Treat Holder Base: 2" x 5-1/2"; scored at 2-5/8" & 2-7/8" (Old Olive, Soft Sea Foam, or Thick Basic White Cardstock)
- Circle: 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" (Basic White Cardstock) - use the smallest circle die
- Scalloped Circle: 1-3/4" x 1-3/4" (Garden Green Cardstock) - use the 1-1/2" diameter scalloped circle die
- Hearts for Shamrocks: 2-1/2" x 1" (Garden Green Cardstock) - use the row of 3 hearts die
