I am so excited exited to share with you the NEW paper trimmer from Stampin' Up! It is available right now for demonstrators to pre-order. I couldn't wait to get my hands on it! It is expected to be released to customers on or around November 1st. Let's take a closeup look at the NEW Paper Trimmer in the video below!
Here are some additional photos of the NEW paper trimmer and blades.
The new platform has three horizontal rulers with both imperial and metric measurements! No more converting measurements! I use both imperial and metric. I know this will be a HUGE time savers!
The extending ruler arm can measure up to 17 inches! WOW! That is a lot of paper!
The trimming and scoring blade handles are much more substantial, making it easier to slide each blade up and down the clear tract.
Wow! The NEW cutting blade is on the right and the old cutting blade is on the left. There really is no comparison. The new cutting blade is wider, sharper, and can cut more deeply than the old cutting blade.
The scoring blades are also dramatically different. The new scoring blade is on the right and the old scoring blade is on the left. Look at how longer and narrower the new scoring blade is! Take about precision scoring!
The measurements between 6" and 7" are now easier to read. The gap between the 6" and 7" marks were very difficult to measure on the old trimmer, but now the measurements are a part of the plastic arm, the gap is flush with the trimmer platform and the extending ruler arm. It is so much easier to measure between 6" and 7" on the new trimmer!
Overall, I am really excited about the new paper trimmer! There are a few things that will take some getting used to, but the positives greatly outweigh the negatives. The NEW paper trimmer is going to be a must have staple tool in my craft room! I cannot wait for you to try the new trimmer too!
