This patriotic card is a CASE from the amazing Kim Jolley. To create a tie dye effect she used baby wipes and coffee filters. How clever! I love it! She always creates such wonderful cards!
One of the techniques we will be focusing on at the next Technique Tuesday on July 4th is this super fun Tie Dye Technique!
