Here's to Cheers Tag Part Two

I used the Warmth and Cheer Designer Series Paper (DSP) for my tag too. However, I used the Crumb Cake paper with the Basic Black stars.

My color scheme was Crumb Cake, Basic Black, and Whisper White.

I positioned the Basic Black filigree die horizontally, but you could definitely place it vertically. The die fits both ways! That way you can decide if you want to cover the tag holes or not.

Instead of ribbon, I added Kraft Rope Trim to the neck of the bottle only. On each end of the trim is a Basic Black star. The star die is from the Wonderful Wreath Framelits. I thought this gave the tag an elegant touch.

After looking at the finished tag, I decided to try putting the rope trim through and underneath the tag. I like both looks. However, putting the rope trim underneath the Cheer stamped image makes the stamped image and filigree die stand out even more.

Which look do you like best? Have you tried the Here's to Cheer Bundle yet? I would love to see what you make!

Here's to Cheer Tags Part One

Here is a great tag my mom made using the Here's to Cheers Bundle. She used Cherry Cobbler cardstock and the white and red plaid pattern from the Warmth and Cheer Designer Series Paper stack.

The gusseted cellophane bags are the perfect size for a wine bottle or even a loaf of homemade bread.

Here is a close up! How cute is this tag!? The plaid patterned paper is the perfect background to the Cherry Cobbler filigree die. I love how the red and white ribbons look like a scarf or a shawl collar for the bottle.

The Here's to Cheers stamp set and framelit bundle work so well together. Everything coordinates and layers beautifully. My mom made this tag in under ten minutes!

Stayed tuned for my Here's to Cheers tag on Wednesday!

Product Updates: Trimmer Mats, Trimmer Score Blades, Handheld Stapler, and Mini Staples

I have some great news! The replacement Stampin’ Trimmer Cutting Mats and Scoring Blades that were retired in June are now back!

I know a lot of people were concerned when the cutting mats and scoring blades were retired. I was definitely one of them. I'm happy that both are back and in stock. While you will not see the cutting mat or the scoring blades in this current Annual Catalog, they are both listed in my online store here and here.

Copper Foil Paper is also back in stock! Woohoo!

Unfortunately, because of supplier issues, the Handheld Stapler (Item #139083) and coordinating Silver Mini Staples (Item #135847) will be discontinued after Stampin' Up!'s current inventory runs out. This is very sad. The handheld stapler is a great tool, especially for attaching ribbon to tags and embellishments to cards. There are still staplers and staples available. I'm definitely stocking up on a couple of mini staple refills!

Petite Cafe Poinsettia Gift Bag

I have been working on my gift packaging improvement goal throughout this year. So far, I think I have improved quite a bit, especially with this festive poinsettia gift bag!

Craft with Beth: Festive Flower Gift Bag Christmas Poinsettia Gift Packaging Reason for the Season Festive Flower Builder Punch

I used the petite cafe gift bags as the base. Then I added a 1-1/2" by 12" strip of the music paper from This Christmas Designer Series Paper pack. Once I positioned the bottom of the banner where I wanted it, I cut the excess paper from the top. The top of the banner strip is aligned with the top of the petite cafe bag.

I trimmed the banner tails with paper snips, but you could use the awesome Triple Banner Punch as well. I lightly rubbed the edges of the banner with the Basic Black Archival ink pad to give it an older, more worn feel.

The greeting is stamped with Versamark and embossed with gold embossing powder. I love the swirly-ness of the font on the greeting! It is very cheery!

The poinsettia is made using Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green, and Daffodil Delight cardstock and the Festive Flower Builder Punch. To give the poinsettia some extra sparkle, I added a gold enamel circle to the center.
