• New team members may only pay for their kit using a credit card on which they are listed as an authorized user.
• Team leaders should verify that new team members are using their own Social Security Number (US) or Social Insurance Number (CA).
• Failure to adhere to these rules will likely delay or invalidate your new team members’ sign-up process.
• New demonstrators who submit their Independent Demonstrator Agreement (IDA) before 4 October or after 31 October will not be eligible for this offer.
